EmployableCo was created to support schools in preparing students for the realities of entering the workforce, particularly when it comes to securing a first job.
As the founder of EmployableCo, I have worked closely with people at the beginning of their working lives and consistently observed the same challenge: capable, motivated students often feel unsure about how to apply for jobs. Many lack confidence in writing a resume, completing an application, or approaching an interview - especially when they do not have access to guidance outside of school.
EmployableCo exists to bridge that gap.
I designed these programs specifically for highĀ schools with a focus on practical, age-appropriate, job readiness skills students can apply immediately. The content is structured, accessible, and flexible, allowing teachers to deliver lessons in the classroom or assign them for independent completion without adding to a teacher's workload.
Importantly, EmployableCo does not promote a single pathway or career outcome. Whether students are seeking part-time or casual work, or preparing for entry-level roles alongside further study or training, the skills taught are relevant across industries and employment types. These are the stepping stones for students to kick start their careers.
