1. Sign Up and Subscribe
To begin, you’ll sign up and choose either an annual or monthly subscription.
Payment through the website can be made using a Credit or Debit Card.

2. Receive Your Personal Login
Once your subscription is complete, you will receive your personal account login to provide you with access to the Program.
This login is used to manage the subscription including billing but will also provide you with access to all content so you have the option of Classroom-Facilitated learning.
3. Student Access Setup
After you have subscribed, we will reach out to collect the email address of each individual student who requires access.
Each student will then receive a welcome email with their own login details and instructions on how to access the platform and begin the Program.
4.Subscription Term and Licence Flexibility
Each subscription is billed annually (unless a monthly subscription is selected) and is designed to provide ongoing access throughout the annual subscription. This allows students to revisit the content as they progress through the year, using the module as a refresher whenever needed.
The subscription is not locked to specific students and includes an unlimited number of licences.
At the beginning of each year, we will reach out to confirm how many licences you require and whether any student logins need to be updated.
Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date by providing 30 days' written notice, ensuring continuity of access with minimal administration.
5. What Students Get Access To
Once logged in, students receive full access to the complete program you have subscribed to. This includes all video lessons; downloadable templates and resources; practical tools to support learning and application; and a Certificate of Completion upon finishing each module.
The Video Lessons can be paused, replayed, and revisited as needed, allowing students to move through the lessons at a pace that suits them.
How the Content Is Designed to Be Used
The program is designed to be completed in order, as each lesson builds on the previous one.
Students can watch one lesson at a time, complete the included activities, and return to lessons whenever they need a refresher.
There are no strict deadlines - learning is flexible and self-paced.
